We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Because many of our pieces are delicate and handmade, each order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Planning for a wedding or event? We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to allow time for delivery and any exchanges. If you need an item urgently, email us at info@sonastarz.com and we'll do our best to help.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@sonastarz.com. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
